Interface Implementation Format

For the interface implmentation format I require

• An outline of the functinality of the system, in the form of a brief narrative.
• An interface implementation under Tcl, X, Java, MFC or OWL that demonstrates the UI. The actual functionality of the system does not need to be supplied. But the demo must run.
